Event Date: October 5th
Raffle Team: Distribute tickets to sell, Keep track of tickets sold, Plan days to sell tickets in the community, sell tickets on Sunday between services and at the event
Sponsorship Team: Drop off and mail sponsorship letters/forms to businesses, keep track of sponsorships, work with church members to gather potential sponsors, communicate with event coordinator when new sponsors are obtained, make sure sponsors that attend event are acknowledged
Auction Team: Spread the word that live and silent auction item donations are needed, collect items, keep track of items, create silent auction bid sheets, create live auction item list for bidders, paddles for bidders
Marketing Team: Spread the word about the event through social media and also flyers to local schools and businesses
Day of Event: Multiple areas and shifts are available to serve at the event
